Sahaporntool Ltd, Part. was established in 1981. The company specializes in the manufacture of made-to-order products such as jigs & fixtures, high-precision parts, and special spare parts serving a wide range of industries, including electronics, computers, medical devices, automotive, etc. We manufacture precision components using advanced CNC machining and precision manufacturing equipment. including CNC milling, CNC turning, wire EDM, EDM, CNC surface grinding, CNC cylindrical grinding, and laser processing.

We specialize in manufacturing precision parts in Thailand for manufacturing precision parts

with a tolerance of ± 0.005 mm or 0.0002 inches. Additionally, we also work with a variety of surface treatments such as nitriding, galvanization, hardening, and laser branding.

Before shipment, every component is inspected using advanced coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensional accuracy and compliance with customer specifications. This quality control process helps ensure that every component meets the required specifications and quality standards.

In 2023, Sahaporntool Ltd, Part. received ISO 9001 : 2015 and ISO 14001 : 2015 certifications from UICC to guarantee production quality to be accepted by international standards.
